- Strong, rubber over-molded heavy-duty nylon and rubber straps securely hold tools, firearms, bows, crossbows, fishing poles, shovels, farm tools, etc and other gear of various configurations.
- Tilts 160 degree in 40 degree increments. Base rotates 360 degree.
- Heavy-Duty base system mounts to tubular or square bars from 5/8"-1-3/4" in diameter or to flat, drillable surface.
- Tool-free, Kwik-Clip design allows 360 degree rotation and easy removal of grips from base if needed.
- (2) rubber straps, hardware and mounting plates included. Polaris Lock & Ride Compatible Plungers included. Plungers compatible with Polaris Sportsman ATV Racks & Polaris RZR/ACE racks using Lock & Ride.
