Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dirty Life. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders made before 12:00PM are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pay close attention to the availability message on products.  Typical lead times are listed for each product.  Any product that states "Contact us for availability" is a custom order that may take a few days to a few weeks to process depending on the availability of the item.  If you need this product by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.  Any orders cancelled for products marked "Contact us for availability" may be assessed a 15% cancellation fee even if the order has not shipped.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Dirty Life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (brokerage, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Dirty Life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipper.

To be eligible for a claim, all packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved and photos of the damage and packaging from all sides (even undamaged sides) must be available.
