They increase power by eliminating the restrictive stock OE airbox and replacing it with an oversized airbox or heat shield, mandrel bent intake tube(s) and an original K&N High-Flow Air Filter(s). K&N Air Filters are washable, reusable, pre-oiled and ready for installation
